The Council is a loosely structured group of folks who love Bioluminati and Burning Man enough to spend way too much time organizing and preparing. Although there are 5 official elected roles as part of our 501(c7) Non-profit Corporation structure, anyone who is sufficiently foolish can serve on the council.
